I have:
- Opposed the stormwater fee and presented options for a phased approach and more accessible credits.
- Supported our appropriation to the schools. Communicated with Council as liaison to our school board.
- Said NO to higher taxes and presented ways to cut spending while maintaining services.
- Advocated for ways to improve our business climate and been a friend to businesses large & small.
- Created collaborative partnerships with stakeholders in the business, nonprofit, and regional government community.
I will:
- Always work for the best interest of the residents of Winchester and Ward 2.
- Refuse to rubber stamp an idea. I enjoy learning about each issue, speaking with stakeholders, and I’m not afraid to have difficult conversations to address challenges.
- Prioritize our community and preserve the charm that we love about Winchester.
- Work to address the challenges of growth through planning and partnerships.
I will lead with integrity and heart. I will always be transparent. Winchester is my home, and it is my honor to serve on City Council.
