Platform

I have:

  • Said NO to higher taxes and fees while identifying ways to reduce spending and maintain essential services.

  • Opposed casino efforts and championed alternatives such as sports tourism, historic tourism, and agritourism to strengthen our local economy.

  • Supported school funding to the greatest extent possible and served as a strong liaison between City Council and our School Board.

  • Opposed the stormwater fee and proposed practical alternatives, including a phased implementation and expanded credit opportunities.

  • Advocated for a stronger business climate and been a trusted partner to businesses large and small.

  • Built collaborative partnerships with business leaders, nonprofit organizations, and regional stakeholders to move Winchester forward.

I will:

  • Always put the residents of Winchester and Ward 2 first.

  • Partner with city, county, regional, and community stakeholders to address shared challenges and build a strong vision for our future.

  • Ask tough questions, listen carefully, and evaluate every issue on its merits, not simply rubber stamp proposals.

  • Protect the character, charm, and quality of life that make Winchester a special place to call home.

  • Address the challenges of growth through thoughtful planning, responsible development, and strong partnerships.

  • Lead with integrity, transparency, and heart while remaining accessible and accountable to the people I serve.

Winchester is my home. It is an honor to serve on City Council, and I will continue fighting for a community that remains affordable, welcoming, and true to its values.
